Kia ora koutou,

What a fantastic week we have had here at our kura! It has been a week filled with exciting opportunities, events, and a strong sense of community spirit.

Firstly, I would like to acknowledge the incredible experiences our students had this week, particularly those who were out participating in various sports. The enthusiasm and sportsmanship displayed by our students were truly commendable. Additionally, our students had the privilege of visiting Rotorua Boys High School to watch their outstanding production of Jersey Boys. This experience not only broadened their horizons but also highlighted the value of engaging with the arts.

This week, we also hosted our second Open Day, which was a resounding success! It was wonderful to welcome so many prospective families to our kura, showcasing all that we have to offer. Our Open Evening was equally successful, with a large number of families touring our facilities, asking thoughtful questions, and witnessing the vibrant learning environment we cultivate here.

A heartfelt thank you to all our staff who were present at our Open Evening. Your dedication and passion for showcasing your learning environments did not go unnoticed. Additionally, a special thank you to our student leaders, who have tirelessly helped at both our Open Days and Open Evening. Your efforts were instrumental in making these events positive experiences for everyone involved.
