Kia Ora Parents, Caregivers, and Whānau,
Te Hiwi o Toroa was a huge success and a wonderful day for all of our Eastside Kahui Ako schools. There was definitely lots of talent on display and it was so nice to see all our schools coming together. Thanks to Matua Regan for organising the day and all the staff who helped. It was certainly appreciated.
Wow, we have a fantastic staff who go beyond the call of duty. It has been so special seeing and hearing the feedback about the Alternative days this week. Giving our students the opportunities to participate in many wonderful experiences. I am so proud.
To finish off the week ‘Battle of Houses’ was a great way to end the week. The students and staff had such a great time.
We are all looking forward to ending the year next Friday, it’s been a successful year.
Over the next week information will go home regarding the start of next year and classes.
